Jeffery Zweig assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of TimberWest on January 1, 2015. Born and raised in Canada, Jeff is returning home after 10 years abroad working in the resource sector in senior roles at the former Inco Limited and more recently as Vice President Strategy & Development for BHP Billiton’s global iron ore business. Over the course of his career spanning 20 years, Jeff has led teams operating in a variety of locations around the world across a number of businesses and commodities. He is very happy to be back in Canada. Jeff has a B.A. (Hons), LL.B. and M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Brian joined TimberWest as Chief Operating Officer in April 2015. He brings over 20 years of forest industry experience in operations, supply chain and finance. Most recently, Brian was the Vice-President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer of Catalyst Paper Corporation. His previous positions with Catalyst included Vice-President, Operations; Vice-President, Powell River Division; and Vice-President, Supply Chain. Brian has an Executive MBA from Herriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Rob is a seasoned financial executive with considerable international and business development experience. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer for Coalspur Mines Limited, a public company with thermal coal leases in Alberta. He has held a number of senior finance and strategy & development positions within the BHP Billiton group of companies in Canada, Australia, Singapore and the UK. Rob has an MBA from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from LaTrobe University in Melbourne. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (Australia). Rob joined TimberWest on April 1st, 2015.

Domenico Iannidinardo - Vice President, Sustainability and Chief Forester
Domenico first worked for a TimberWest predecessor in 1996 and also worked in harvest planning roles at Western Forest Products Inc. before joining TimberWest in 2005, where he has had his current role since 2013. He is a director of the Marmot Recovery Foundation and the Private Forest Landowners Association and is Chair of the Canadian Association of Forest Owners. Domenico is an active proponent of high professional standards and holds degrees in forest operations and business administration. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Forestry, the President of the Association of Professional Biology and is a Registered Professional Forester, Biologist and Engineer.

Rick Jaccard - Vice President, Marketing and Sales
Rick Jaccard joined TimberWest in 1998 after having been with Pacific Forest Products Ltd. since 1993. Prior to joining TimberWest, Rick worked in forestry and engineering positions in both coastal and interior operations in BC. As a TimberWest employee, Rick worked in planning, operations and log purchasing. He was appointed to the position of Operations Manager, North Island Operation in 2007 and to his current position in log marketing in January of 2013. Rick has a BSc in Forestry from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Association of BC Professional Foresters.
Benjamin Lee – Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Benjamin Lee joined TimberWest as Vice President Legal and General Counsel on August 1, 2014. Prior to joining the Company, Benjamin was Senior Corporate Counsel for Goldcorp Inc. in Vancouver. He articled with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and was an Associate with the firm until 2010. Benjamin is a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Honours) and of the University of Ottawa, where he received a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). Benjamin is a member of the Law Societies of British Columbia and Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association, and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

Jan Marston - Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate
Jan Marston joined TimberWest as Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate on July 23, 2012. Jan is an accomplished executive with considerable experience in human resources, governance and project management. Prior to establishing her own consulting business in 2011, Jan spent fourteen years with Terasen Gas/Fortis BC Inc., where she held a variety of executive positions in Customer Care, Human Resources, Marketing and Gas Supply. She also served as President of Inland Pacific Energy Services. Prior to joining Terasen, Jan was Director, Marketing & Business Development for Sceptre Resources and Manager, Marketing for AMOCO Canada. Jan has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, is a graduate of the Executive Program at Stanford University and is a Certified Director.
John Mitchell - Vice President, Planning & Projects
John Mitchell has 26 years of experience in the British Columbia forest industry. Mr. Mitchell commenced employment with TimberWest in 1996 and has held various management and senior management positions, including Chief Forester and Director - Environment and Sustainability, Operations Manager, Planning Manager and Manager, Operations Analysis and Harvest Support. Prior to joining TimberWest, John held various forestry engineering positions with Fletcher Challenge, Crown Forest Industries, Whonnock Industries and B.C. Forest Products. Mr. Mitchell is a Registered Professional Forester and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of British Columbia and a Certificate in Executive Management from Simon Fraser University – Segal Graduate School of Business.
